2. Apple will face a £1.5 billion class action lawsuit in the UK over its App Store fees.  

3. Eshallgo Inc. has partnered with Zhenjiang High-Tech to build an AI-driven data center and supply chain center for office solutions.  

4. Samsung Electronics has received $4.74 billion in incentives from the U.S. government to build an advanced semiconductor chip plant in the United States.  

5. Arm plans to increase its chip design licensing fees by 300% and is considering developing its own chips.  

6. Toyota has announced the successful development of an 8-inch gallium nitride (GaN) single crystal wafer for vertical transistors.

1. China's integrated circuit exports reached $159.5 billion in 2024, surpassing the 1 trillion RMB mark for the first time.  

2. Taiwan has lifted restrictions on TSMC's overseas production of 2nm chips.  

3. The nature of intellectual property registration does not equate to confirmation of ownership rights; evidence of originality and independent possession is required. Changsha Mituo exploited this loophole to mislead the court and extort thousands of victims. Recently, the Futian District Court issued judicial suggestions to the Shenzhen Copyright Association, calling for improved mechanisms and stronger governance to prevent future issues.  

4. SMIC plans to invest approximately 3.05 billion RMB to construct a southwest headquarters project.  

5. Wehua Technology and its distributor partner NA have announced the establishment of the first power semiconductor dynamic reliability testing lab in the Asia-Pacific region.  

6. Nanya Technology, a major DRAM manufacturer, reported a loss of 1.574 billion NTD in Q4 2024, due to a combination of DRAM price declines, earthquakes, unannounced power outages, and production cuts.
