1. Intel has stated that the first two advanced photolithography machines from ASML have been “put into production” at its factory.

China Semiconductor Industry Updates

1. In 2025, Shenzhen will accelerate the upgrade of industries towards higher, newer, and better standards, actively adapting to and leading the global technological revolution and industrial transformation, while developing and strengthening the “20+8” strategic emerging industry clusters.

2. Foxconn (Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd.) has acquired a 25% stake in Goertek Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. for $50 million (approximately 362 million yuan).

3. Xi’an Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. has made an additional equity investment in Longteng Semiconductor Co., Ltd., providing full support for the construction of the second-phase wafer production line for its 8-inch power semiconductor device manufacturing project.

4. Sanan Optoelectronics, in collaboration with STMicroelectronics, has jointly established the Sanan-ST Semiconductor Silicon Carbide Wafer Plant with a total investment of 23 billion yuan. The plant’s line connection ceremony will be held on February 27.
