1. Neumonda announced a collaboration with a ferroelectric memory company to establish a new production line for non-volatile memory chips in Dresden, Germany.

China Semiconductor Industry Updates

1. Luxshare Precision refuted rumors about plans to build a manufacturing facility in the U.S., stating it currently has no such initiatives.

2. On April 11, the China Semiconductor Industry Association (CSIA) issued an urgent notice redefining the origin of "integrated circuits" based on the four-digit HS code change principle, specifying that the wafer fabrication location determines the origin.

3. Executives from SLKOR Micro Semicon, including general manager Song Shiqiang and Qiu Huilin, visited Quiksol Global and held in-depth discussions with Quiksol CEO Yan Qing on strategies for Chinese semiconductors to expand globally.
