Description

The ULN2001X is a monolithic high-voltagehigh-current Darlington transistor aray integrated circuit. lt consists of three groups of NPN Darlington pairs, with its high-voltage outputcharacteristics and cathode clamping diodesenabling the switching of inductive loads.
