Description

The CESD882UC5VB is a high-performance ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device designed to safeguard sensitive electronics in low-voltage applications. With a working voltage (VRWM) of 5V and a minimum breakdown voltage (VBR) of 9.5V, it effectively clamps transient voltages while ensuring the integrity of your circuits. The device features a low reverse leakage current of 0.1μA, which helps maintain system efficiency. Its exceptionally low clamping voltage (VC) of 1V provides superior protection against voltage spikes, while the junction capacitance (CJ) of 0.45pF ensures minimal impact on high-speed signal lines. Packaged in a compact DFN1006 form factor, this device is well-suited for modern, space-constrained designs.
