The SLESD0801PB is a cutting-edge ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device designed to provide reliable defense for sensitive electronic components in a compact DFN1006 package. With a working voltage (VRWM) of 5V, this device is ideal for safeguarding low-voltage applications against harmful voltage transients. It features a minimum breakdown voltage (VBR) of 8.4V, ensuring effective clamping during ESD events. The ultra-low reverse leakage current (IR) of just 0.1μA enhances energy efficiency, while the clamping voltage (VC) of 10V offers strong protection during voltage spikes. With a junction capacitance (CJ) of 18pF, the SLESD0801PB balances effective ESD protection with minimal impact on signal integrity.
