The SLESDL0603-5 is a highly efficient ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device designed for critical applications requiring robust transient voltage protection in a compact form factor. Housed in a 603 package, this device is optimized to offer effective protection while maintaining minimal impact on circuit performance. With a working voltage (VRWM) of 8V and a minimum breakdown voltage (VBR) of 5V, the SLESDL0603-5 is tailored for low-voltage electronic circuits. It features a relatively high reverse leakage current of 500µA and a clamping voltage (VC) of 65V, making it suitable for applications where significant surge protection is necessary. The device also boasts an exceptionally low junction capacitance (CJ) of 1.5pF, ensuring minimal signal distortion and preserving high-speed data integrity.
