Description

The SLPESD0402-15 is a compact and efficient ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device in a 0402 package, designed to safeguard sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and electrostatic discharge. This device ensures robust protection for low-voltage applications. It features a low reverse leakage current of 10µA and a clamping voltage (VC) of 40V, making it ideal for high-speed data lines. The device's ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.05pF helps maintain signal integrity in high-frequency applications.
