The SLPESD0402M16 is a high-performance ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device designed for use in compact electronic circuits that require robust protection against voltage transients and electrostatic discharge. Encased in a 0402 package, this device offers exceptional reliability and protection for low-voltage applications. The SLPESD0402M16 is well-suited for safeguarding sensitive electronic components. It features a low reverse leakage current of 10µA and a clamping voltage (VC) of 40V, ensuring efficient protection against high-voltage surges. The device’s ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.05pF is ideal for maintaining signal integrity in high-speed and high-frequency applications.
