The SLPESD0603-24 is a high-performance ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device designed in a compact 0603 package, offering exceptional protection for sensitive electronic circuits. This device efficiently safeguards against electrostatic discharge and transient voltage spikes. The SLPESD0603-24 features a low reverse leakage current of 10µA and a clamping voltage (VC) of 40V, ensuring reliable performance in protecting high-speed data lines and other delicate components. Its extremely low junction capacitance of 0.05pF makes it ideal for high-frequency applications where signal integrity is crucial.
