Description

The WE12DF-B is a robust ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection device designed to offer superior transient voltage suppression in a compact DFN1006 package. With a working voltage (VRWM) of 12V and a minimum breakdown voltage (VBR) of 15V, it provides reliable protection for circuits against ESD events. The device features an exceptionally low reverse leakage current of 0.01µA and a clamping voltage (VC) of 19V, ensuring effective surge suppression while maintaining minimal power loss. Its junction capacitance (CJ) of 8.5pF makes it suitable for applications where moderate capacitance is acceptable, balancing protection with signal integrity.
