Base Stations
Power Conversion and Power Management: SLKOR’s power devices, such as silicon carbide MOSFETs, IGBTs, and high-voltage MOSFETs, can be used in the power modules of base stations. For example, the SL5N100F high-voltage MOSFET ensures efficient power conversion and stable power supply in base station power circuits and DC-DC conversion circuits, keeping base station equipment operating reliably.
Signal Processing and Protection: SLKOR's Schottky diodes, ESD protection diodes, and TVS diodes can be used in the signal transmission lines and interface circuits of base stations, protecting signal processing circuits from damage caused by static electricity or surges, ensuring stable signal transmission and processing.
End-User Devices
RF Front-End: SLKOR’s 5G antenna series, provided by its subsidiary, Jin Hangbiao, includes Bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee, NB-IoT, LORA, UWB antennas, etc. These products, combined with SLKOR's chips, can be used in the RF front-end of 5G devices to transmit and receive signals.
Power Management: In 5G mobile phones, CPEs, and other end-user devices, SLKOR’s power management chips, such as LDO, AC-DC, and DC-DC chips, provide stable power for different circuit modules, meeting the high-efficiency, stable power requirements of 5G end devices, which helps improve device battery life and performance stability.
Data Transmission and Processing: SLKOR’s ADC chips and Hall sensors can be used in data collection and processing for 5G end-user devices. For example, ADC chips convert analog signals to digital signals for easy processing and transmission, while Hall sensors can detect magnetic field changes, enabling functions such as flip detection and wireless charging detection.
Network Transmission and Connectivity
Connectors and Components: SLKOR’s subsidiary Jin Hangbiao provides connectors, including RF coaxial adapters, board-to-board connectors, and various connectors, which play a key role in ensuring the reliable transmission of signals in the 5G network transmission lines and equipment.
Optical Communication: SLKOR's high-speed optocouplers can be used in 5G optical communication modules, ensuring the conversion and isolation of optical-electrical signals, which guarantees the stability and reliability of optical communication systems in the 5G network’s front haul, mid-haul, and backhaul optical transmission links.
