Slkor specializes in the research, development, and production of various semiconductor devices, including silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs, high, medium, and low voltage field-effect transistors, thyristors, bridge rectifiers, Schottky diodes, ESD diodes, TVS diodes, as well as power management chips, Hall sensors, optocouplers, and crystal oscillators. These products are widely used in industries such as new energy vehicles, communication and power equipment, solar photovoltaics, medical devices, mobile phones, computers, robots, smart homes, Internet of Things (IoT), LED lighting, and 3C digital products. Slkor series of products are popular and can replace power devices from TI Texas Instruments, ON Semiconductor, AOS Vanguard Semiconductor, and TOSHIBA. Slkor medium and low voltage MOSFETs, such as SL17N06DN1 and SL11P06DN1, are widely used in products like smart robotic vacuum cleaners, dishwashers, and juicers. Slkor offers a full range of MOSFET products with various package types, such as TO220 and TO247, and has independent wafer design capabilities. Its products have been applied in brands such as Proscenic, Ecovacs, and Panasonic. Slkor’s high voltage MOSFETs, including models like SL13N50F, SL18N50F, and SL20N50F, are widely used in outdoor power supplies, display power sources, and industrial inverters.
Slkor has independent wafer design and manufacturing capabilities, and its products have superior performance and avalanche resistance. The SLKOR low voltage MOSFETs, such as 2N7002, 3401, 2301, 2302, 3407, and 3400, are widely used in TWS Bluetooth earphones, smart homes, PD fast charging, power tools, and neck-hanging fans.
