Description

These four gates are single chip complementary MOS (CMOS) integrated circuits composed of N-channel and p-channel enhanced mode transistors.They have equal source and sink current capabilities and comply with standard B-series output drivers. The device also has a buffered output, which improves transmission characteristics by providing very high gain.All inputs are protected by diodes for electrostatic discharge of VDD and VSS.

● Reference voltage of 5V-10V-15V

● Standard symmetrical output characteristics

● When the maximum input leakage exceeds 15V within the full temperature range, it is 1mA
