Description
This single 3-input positive-NOR gate is designed for 1.65- V to 5.5-V VCC operation.
The CMOS device has high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range.
This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry prevents damaging current backflow through the device when the gate is powered down and its output is floating
