Description

The SLM601 series combine an AIGaAs infrared emitting diode as the emitter which is optically coupled to a silicon high speed integrated photo-detector logic gate with a strobable output in a plastic SOP5 package.

With the robust coplanar double mold structure,SLM601 series provide the most stable isolation feature.
