The voltage stabilizer diode is made of the voltage stabilizer performance shown by the reverse breakdown characteristics of PN junction, also known as Zener diode or reverse breakdown diode, which plays a role of voltage stabilizer in the circuit. Fast diode reverse recovery time up to 10ns, it is a semiconductor diode with good switching characteristics and short reverse recovery time. Mainly used in switching power supply, PWM pulse width modulator, inverter and other electronic circuits. Used as high frequency rectifier diode, continuant diode or damping diode.

Schott base tubes are based on a barrier layer formed by metal contact with a semiconductor. Its main characteristics are small forward guide voltage drop (about 0.45V), short reverse recovery time, small switching loss. It is a low power consumption, ultra-high speed semiconductor device, widely used in switching power supply, inverter, driver and other circuits. It can be used as high frequency, low voltage, high current rectifier diode, continuous diode and protection diode, or in microwave communication circuit as rectifier diode, small signal detection diode.
