The SL1603 is a low-power Hall effect switch sensor designed specifically for space-constrained systems and battery-sensitive applications. The SL1603SH is a high-sensitivity, full-polarity Hall effect switch sensor and is one of the models in the SL1603 series. When it encounters a magnetic flux density of either S pole or N pole that exceeds the operate point (Bop), this sensor will output a low-level signal and maintain that state. Only when the magnetic flux density falls below the release point (Bep) will the sensor output signal switch to a high level. The SL1603SH has a built-in temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuit to ensure stable operation of the sensor and maintain the appropriate switching frequency, as shown in the diagram.
