On March 3, TCL Technology (000100) announced in an evening statement that it will acquire a 21.5311% stake in Shenzhen Huaxing Semiconductor from its major industrial fund through the issuance of shares and cash payment. The total transaction amount reaches 11.562 billion RMB, with 7.203 billion RMB paid in cash and 4.359 billion RMB through share issuance. Upon completion of the transaction, TCL Technology will hold a total of 84.2105% of the shares in Shenzhen Huaxing Semiconductor, further consolidating its leadership in the semiconductor display industry.
