On February 9, the pep rally for all staff of Shenzhen SlkorMicro Semicon Co., Ltd. & Shenzhen Kinghelm Electronics Co., Ltd. in the year of the tiger was held in Zhantao S & T Building, Longhua District, Shenzhen. The meeting was attended by Song Shiqiang, GM of the Kinghelm and Slkor, and all staff of the companies.

At the conference, Song Shiqiang briefly reviewed the painstaking efforts made by Kinghelm and Slkor in the past few years. He extended wholehearted thanks to the senior colleagues for their perseverance and to new colleagues for their joining. Mr. Song said, “With years of experience, we have ushered our dramatic development this year. In this great era we should seize every opportunity to make us stronger, and strive to become a listed company.”At the conference, he explained again the top-level design formulated in 2015, the phased development strategy formulated in 2022, and the vision planning for the next 3-5 years. Besides, Song also elaborated the specific layout about the company’s brand management, marketing planning, team building, information construction, supply chain management, Kinghelm and Slkor’s R & D system and new product planning, as well as the development planning of Slkor’s image store in Huaqiang North Commercial Area.
Song said, “We are in the age of information and society of data,so our senior management must be good at data collection, data analysis and we must attach great importance to data, development direction, transformation and results, and promote our development oriented by operation.The mid-level management personnel should excel in analysis, set a clear goal, be sensitive to data and stand out in process management.Our grassroots staff should have a clear goal, understand process thoroughly and have the capacity of solving work difficulties or reporting them as soon as possible. What’s more, I hope all employees can be familiar with the company's reward and punishment system. (Execution oriented).”

Kinghelm and Slkor will focus on building corporate culture in 2022. Song hoped that the company could always behave under the principle of “Integrity, Progress, Toughness and Detail” and that under leaders’ correct guidance,the company could behave through integrity, make progress every day, stick to goals and focus on details in order to yield a satisfactory result.
"Integrity" meant sincere, diligent and dedicated, specialized attitude in product quality, said GM Mr. Song with a smile. In 2021, all colleagues at Kinghelm and Slkor worked together seamlessly to yield amazing achievements. We were committed to serving our customers, improving our team and striving for excellence. Therefore, Song stressed at the meeting that in the face of the new environment, we should upgrade our new cognition, develop new products, and build a team with wolf spirit that can stay strong with a strong learning ability.
