1. Sales of semiconductor manufacturing equipment in Japan continue to rise, reaching 36.9598 billion yen in September, a significant increase of 23.4% compared to the same month last year.

2. Texas Instruments has started producing gallium nitride power semiconductors at its factory in Aizuwakamatsu, Japan, quadrupling its in-house capacity for gallium nitride.

3. Japan has resumed operations at its 0.5-inch small wafer plant to cultivate semiconductor talent.
