1.Due to the sluggish semiconductor market, Infineon has decided to postpone the second phase of its wafer fab in Kulim, Malaysia, and reduce its investment by 10%.

2.Volkswagen and Rivian have completed all formalities for their new joint venture worth $5.8 billion. The joint venture was officially launched on November 13.
