A structured onboarding training system
This time, I am engaged in the sales of electronic components. As a university student, when I first started, my understanding of the sales position was quite vague, and I was in a stage of not knowing where to begin. Thankfully, Slkor has a well-developed onboarding training system. My mentor, Director Sun gaofei of Second Department of sale, taught me step by step, starting with understanding the products, making calls to develop new clients, getting familiar with the company's ERP system, and visiting clients in person. This process gradually built my confidence. Finally, through my persistent efforts, the patience of my colleagues, and the advantages of the company's platform, I successfully completed my first sale. Although this sale amount wasn't high, but it was still a source of motivation and helped me gain a certain level of proficiency with the entire sales process. After that, I became more composed when facing clients and no longer felt as lost as at the beginning. This is entirely due to the company's comprehensive training system and positive work environment.
New employee training process
During my internship this summer, I experienced a very comfortable work environment where everyone was dedicated to the company's development. I believe this is due to the advanced management system of the company's CEO Mr. Song Shiqiang, which instills a strong sense of execution throughout the organization. Of course, everyone is not just a "work machine"; my colleagues were also very willing to help me with difficulties I encountered both at work and in life. This made me feel the warmth of the Slkor, like a big family.
At the same time. Under the CEO of Slkor Semiconductor Mr. Song Shiqiang’s organization, weekly summary meetings are held from the company-wide level down to each team. Each week, shortcomings discovered in work are reviewed and solutions are devised together. Additionally, aspects that are well done are praised, and outstanding employees receive money award, which motivates everyone to work harder and creates a positive work atmosphere.

Slkor Semiconductor and Kinghelm Electronics not only focusing on employees' work-related issues but also paying great attention to their physical and mental well-being. After a round of intense work, Mr. Song will organize sports team-building events for everyone in company. We can choose to play badminton or basketball, and engaging in physical exercise together significantly alleviates the physical and mental fatigue accumulated from work. After sport event, Mr. Song will also organizes group dinners for everyone. In this harmonious atmosphere, everyone unites and dedicates themselves fully to the new round of work, working together for the company's development.

Through this internship, I not only learned a lot about sales and the electronics industry but also gained a deeper understanding of the Slkor LDOs, power management chips, AC-DC converters, and other electronic components. Additionally, I developed my communication skills and teamwork abilities. In the future, I will continue to study diligently, taking things step by step. As CEO of Slkor, Mr. Song Shiqiang often teaches us: “In both personal and business matters, be steadfast and take things one step at a time. Do what others are unwilling to do, buy what others are unwilling to purchase, and endure what others are unwilling to endure; only then will success belong to you.”

Time smooth very fast. My internship is coming to end. Appreciate a lot to Slkor and Kinghelm CEO Mr. Song Shiqiang giving me a valuable internship chance for me. Although we don't bring much value to the company, Mr. Song said, “You are the future of the nation and society. We are nurturing talent for the country, and they are also a valuable asset to our company.” I believe this is a true entrepreneur with a sense of social responsibility. I wish Slkor Semiconductor continued growth and success, and achieve the goal of going public as soon as possible!
