From December 30, 2024, to January 4, 2025, the "Weekly Star" of SLKOR was selected through a vote by colleagues. This week, the "Weekly Star" is He Junlian, a warehouse clerk in the Warehousing Department. Over the past week, He demonstrated dedication and hard work, putting in extra hours to ensure the proper handling of material receipt and dispatch. He reported any work-related issues in a timely manner and maintained a goal-oriented work ethic focused on achieving the company's performance objectives. He received unanimous praise from both company leaders and colleagues.

Weekly Star He Junlian

He Junlian is a warehouse clerk in the Warehousing Department at SLKOR. She is known for her hardworking and diligent nature, and everyone affectionately calls her "Sister He."

Sister He is a meticulous and responsible person. Warehouse management involves a lot of detailed work, and her attentiveness helps identify potential issues. Patience ensures that each task is completed smoothly. Responsibility is the most fundamental and critical attitude in warehouse management, and having a strong sense of responsibility guarantees that every step is carried out according to the standard procedure, minimizing errors and mistakes.

Sister He is also trustworthy and reliable. As warehouse staff, she advocates for an honest work attitude, promptly correcting errors in labeling and providing feedback to relevant departments. Furthermore, as a member of the warehouse team, she works cohesively with others, fostering collaboration and mutual support, which improves team efficiency. Sister He is proactive in her work, helping warehouse managers identify and resolve problems, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of warehouse management.

As Sister He puts it, "Since I have chosen this job, I must do it well. Since I am a screw in the machine, I should embody the spirit of a screw—working diligently, doing things earnestly, and playing my part in the team."
