I am honored to have the opportunity to intern at Slkor for a period of two months during the summer break. I am working in the Foreign Trade Department. As a college student, this is my first work experience, and I am very grateful to the company for giving me this opportunity. Slkor is a company that specializes in the semiconductor materials field and has gained wide recognition for its technological innovation and industry-leading position. During this internship of over two months, I have witnessed the rapid progress of the company, which has benefited me greatly.

During my internship, I gained diverse and practical work experience. The Kinghelm and Slkor R&D core team consists of a combination of technical teams from Tsinghua University and personnel from Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology, as well as microwave RF engineers with international backgrounds from large companies, enabling the development and mass production delivery of high-reliability and high-performance products. Throughout the internship, I learned about the key aspects of material preparation, testing, and process optimization. I also had the opportunity to participate in seminars and project meetings, where I exchanged ideas with professionals in the industry, including teachers and fellow students from Tsinghua University, gaining in-depth insights into the cutting-edge technologies and development trends in the semiconductor materials field. As interns, we also had the chance to visit and learn from Slkor's laboratories.

Slkor's chairman, Mr. Song Shiqiang, has played a crucial role not only in the company's development but also in demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in daily management. Additionally, the company places great emphasis on employee activities and team cohesion, with both a badminton team and a basketball team. Weekly matches and post-match meals are organized, providing employees with an opportunity to relax and communicate, fostering stronger relationships and cooperation among colleagues.

As a key member of the Slkor Warriors basketball team, I have made my contributions in friendly matches, organizing teammates and connecting the entire team. Through continuous collaboration and adjustment, the Slkor Warriors basketball team has grown steadily, gradually becoming a formidable basketball team in the Longgang Bantian Street area.

Mr. Song Shiqiang, the chairman of Slkor, said that people progress and become stronger through competition and challenges. It is essential to strive for industry and to win in competition.

Through my internship at Slkor, I have not only acquired a wealth of knowledge related to my field of study but also developed problem-solving skills and a spirit of teamwork. The company conducts regular professional training sessions and encourages employees to share their experiences. The instructors leading these sessions are highly regarded figures in the industry. Through multiple professional training sessions, I have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of electronic and semiconductor materials in modern technology, as well as the impact of corporate culture on employee motivation and innovation.

Furthermore, this internship has reinforced my belief in the direction of my future career path. I am committed to contributing to the development of the electronic materials field with my own efforts.
