Reflecting on this year’s work and life, I am filled with gratitude and have gained invaluable experiences. When I first joined SLKOR, everything felt unfamiliar yet exciting. From initially having a vague understanding of workflows to now independently handling tasks, every step of progress was made possible by the guidance and support of General Manager Song, Manager Huang, and my colleagues. Over the past year, I deeply realized the importance of teamwork. For instance, during the October exhibition, under General Manager Song’s leadership, we collaborated seamlessly on poster design, booth setup, and promotional activities. Through collective effort, the event concluded successfully. This teamwork showcased the power of unity and made me cherish the days of striving alongside my colleagues even more.

In terms of professional development, I continuously expanded my knowledge of the electronics industry while honing my technical skills. As a newcomer, my understanding of the industry was limited initially. Therefore, I sought guidance from colleagues like Brother Gao Fei and Teacher Li, attended internal training sessions, and visited electronics exhibitions to accumulate industry-specific knowledge.

I also utilized off-duty time to study electronics through platforms like Bilibili and YouTube. To grow our follower count and video views, I recognized that professional skills alone were insufficient—solid electronics knowledge was essential for creating high-quality content. Additionally, I learned the importance of communication. By interacting with colleagues and leaders, I improved my ability to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively, and reach consensus efficiently, thereby enhancing productivity.

Regarding work ethic, I maintained a proactive mindset. Every morning, I arrived early to review the previous day’s tasks before diving into new assignments. Facing challenges, I embraced them as opportunities for growth. I realized that work is not just about completing tasks but also about personal development. Thus, I valued every chance to improve and push my limits.

In my personal life, I found a balance between work and leisure. Work should enhance life, not consume it. I learned that continuous learning sharpens competitiveness, proactive communication fosters teamwork, and strong relationships enhance workplace efficiency. I have also outlined my career goals, aiming to contribute more to the company’s growth.
