From October 8 to October 12, 2024, the "Weekly Star" award from Kinghelm and SLKOR has been awarded to Peng Ke, Sales Manager at SLKOR. Through consistent efforts, he has continuously challenged himself, stepping out of his comfort zone and achieving steady performance improvement. His goal-oriented work ethic aimed at completing company targets has earned him unanimous praise from both headquarters leadership and colleagues. SLKOR Weekly Star: Peng Ke

Peng Ke, as a successfully transitioned salesperson, has many qualities worth learning from. He started as a warehouse manager and later switched to sales in the electronic materials sector at SLKOR. This transition was not easy, but he bravely challenged himself and continually stepped out of his comfort zone. Now, he has become a mature salesperson, which is commendable.

Peng has an outgoing personality and strong communication skills, which are essential for a successful sales career. His ability to communicate effectively, persuade others, and handle pressure has contributed to his success in this field. Additionally, his previous experience as a warehouse manager allowed him to accumulate knowledge about product details, market trends, and customer needs, making his transition into sales much smoother.

To prepare for his new role, Peng studied sales techniques and strategies and gained insights into the electronics industry through training courses and self-study. He is a dedicated young professional with clear career goals. He has analyzed the development prospects of sales positions and his own competitiveness, ultimately choosing the challenging path of sales.

Song Shiqiang introduced SLKOR and its achievements in the semiconductor industry. Founded in 2015, SLKOR Semiconductor is located on the 24th floor of the Guangye Building in Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen. Mr. Song invested in establishing the company in collaboration with a team from Yonsei University in South Korea. By 2015, SLKOR successfully mass-produced SiC MOSFETs and SiC Schottky diodes.

In 2016, SLKOR registered the "SLKOR" trademark in mainland China. The following year, their products received the EU standards certifications of RoHS and REACH. In 2018, SLKOR launched Hall sensors and a series of LDO power management chips. In 2019, they initiated comprehensive cooperation with a technical team from Tsinghua University.

By 2020, SLKOR successfully transitioned its supply chain to China, achieving results in "domestic substitution." In 2023, the company was certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, promoting the internationalization of the SLKOR brand. Looking ahead to 2024, SLKOR's products passed California Proposition 65 tests, and the company plans to recruit agents globally, with plans to establish offices in Singapore, Istanbul, Turkey, and Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Currently, SLKOR has two sales departments: the Domestic Sales Department, which manages the domestic sales team and Huaqiangbei store operations, including agent management, client development, order processing, after-sales service, and technical solution services; and the Overseas Sales Department, responsible for sales and promotion in international markets, establishing overseas offices, developing and managing agents, client development, order processing, after-sales service, and technical support.

SLKOR currently has agents in Turkey, India, and Singapore, with ongoing development and screening of new overseas agents. The company welcomes qualified local agencies with established customer relationships to join. SLKOR products have passed California Proposition 65 testing, as well as ISO 9001, SGS, RoHS, and REACH certifications. These certifications are essential for ensuring product compliance and consumer safety. In an increasingly competitive and globalized market, providing compliant and safe products will help SLKOR earn consumer trust and loyalty, supporting the continued healthy development of the SLKOR brand internationally.

Mr. Song Shiqiang also leads colleagues from Sichuan and Chongqing to participate in networking events like the "Chuan Yu Tongxin Association." Additionally, every spring, they hold the traditional "Hometown Food Festival."
