In the river of memories, my hometown, Tianxin Town in Longchuan, shines like a pearl with its unique charm. Every Spring Festival, the rich New Year's atmosphere and the scenic beauty of my hometown fill my heart with longing.

On New Year's Eve, Tianxin Town becomes an ocean of joy and harmony. Early in the morning, the neighborhood comes alive. Elders busily prepare lavish feasts in their kitchens, while children play outside, setting off firecrackers. The crackling sounds seem like a unique symphony of the Spring Festival.

I join my family in putting up red Spring Festival couplets. The bright red paper and bold black characters gleam under the sunlight, dressing our home in festive attire and intensifying the New Year's spirit.

By evening, the New Year's Eve feast is served, with the table laden with local delicacies. Fragrant stuffed tofu, filled with finely seasoned meat, bursts with the taste of home. The tender and flavorful braised pig's trotters with peanuts, glistening and aromatic, absorb the rich broth, offering a perfect blend of textures. As the family gathers around the table, laughter and chatter fill the air, celebrating the moment of reunion. 

After the feast, we sit by the doorway, our smiling faces illuminated by warm, yellow lights. Soon, fireworks light up the night sky. With a "whoosh," the first firework shoots into the air, exploding into a shower of colorful sparks that brighten the dark canopy. I capture this beautiful moment with my phone, feeling the essence of the New Year—a warmth of family and the taste of home.

Beyond the unforgettable New Year's Eve, the Huoshan Scenic Area in Tianxin Town is a place of enchantment. Known for its unique Danxia landforms, Huoshan boasts peculiar rock formations and breathtaking views. As I hike along the winding mountain paths, I marvel at the surrounding beauty. The rocks take on various shapes—some like eagles ready to soar, others like meditating elders. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers line the trails, accompanied by the melodious songs of birds. Reaching the summit, I gaze down at Tianxin Town, feeling a surge of emotion. The distant villages, nestled among fields swaying gently in the breeze, resemble a picturesque rural painting.

At Huoshan, I also witness the awe-inspiring craftsmanship of nature. The massive rock fissures, as if split by a giant's hand, leave me in awe of nature's power. Standing on the mountaintop viewing platform, with the gentle breeze and fresh air, all worries dissipate.

Whether it's the heartwarming New Year's Eve or the picturesque Huoshan, both are filled with cherished memories and deep affection. Everything here reminds me of the unique charm of my hometown, making me treasure the time spent with family and cherish the land that raised me.
