As a post-95s entrepreneur, Luo Yinliang has already accumulated six years of experience in the chip industry. Fresh out of college in 2019, he ventured to Shenzhen’s HUAQIANG BEI to enter the chip trade sector. Starting as a salesperson, he weathered industry fluctuations, witnessed HUAQIANG BEI’s transformation pre- and post-pandemic, and built a robust network. By 2023, Luo felt ready to launch his own venture. Thus,
AXE Components Limited—a youthful team rooted in HUAQIANG BEI—was born, dedicated to serving overseas OEMs, CEMs, EMS companies, and PCBA manufacturers.

From day one, Luo charted the company’s course: focus on foreign trade and deepen roots in the European and American markets. His decision wasn’t purely business-driven. “I love traveling, experiencing different cultures and cuisines. Combining work with travel—closing deals while exploring the world—sounds like a perfect life,” he admits. With a clear vision and leveraging his industry expertise, Luo swiftly expanded the company’s footprint. Within two years,
AXE Components Limited forged partnerships with numerous European and American clients. Today, the company’s revenue grows steadily, and its team has ballooned from a handful to nearly 20 members, predominantly post-95s and post-00s, embodying the fierce vitality of a new “chip generation.”

Beyond serving overseas markets, Luo keenly recognizes the potential of domestic chips. He believes that in the next 5–10 years, Chinese brands will rise as the local semiconductor industry matures. To seize this opportunity,
AXE Components Limited now represents leading domestic brands like SLKOR and Kinghelm, aiming to introduce them globally. “SLKOR and Kinghelm already dominate China’s market. I’m confident they’ll gain international traction,” Luo states. Currently, his team actively promotes SLKOR’s products to overseas clients, striving to earn global recognition for Chinese chips.
