Description
SL3405S is a two channel low - side power switch in SOP8 package providing embedded protective functions. The device consists of two separate monolithic IC. Each with one N-channel power MOS and additional protection circuitry. SL3405W in SOT23-3L package with a separate IC is available for the case of single-channel applications.
