Q9: What do you think of the essential factors to run a semiconductor enterprise well?

A: I believe there’re many factors but the most important ones would be“concentration, specialization and persistence”. Concentration can help us resist temptations, investment in stock market, and speculation of chip and real estate industry with handsome profits. However, I must concentrate on product R & D, brand publicity, ecological construction, team building and loan repayment as a semiconductor company in order to survive. Secondly, specialization. It provides us persistent and long-term strength to winunexpected benefits, resources and capital. Our R & D, sale and publicity over the past years are semiconductors and power devices. We stick to our goal, because “no pains, no gains”. We had many problems at the very beginning but we finally made it with our joint efforts and achieve what we have today. This is my personal experience of how to run a semiconductor enterprise.
