The Polar Bidirectional TVS Diode is a sophisticated electronic component designed to safeguard sensitive circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges. With a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 36V and VBR (Breakdown Voltage) ranging from 40V to 46V, this diode provides robust protection against overvoltage events. It features an ultra-low reverse leakage current of 5μA, ensuring minimal power dissipation and high efficiency during normal operation. The diode can handle surge currents up to 10.3A (Ipp@10/1000μs) and effectively clamps transient voltages with a VC (Clamping Voltage) of 58.1V.
