Description

The Polar Unidirectional TVS Diode is a high-performance semiconductor device designed to protect sensitive electronics from transient voltage events in a single direction. With a V_RWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 16V, this diode offers robust protection within its specified voltage range. It features a unidirectional V_BR (Breakdown Voltage) ranging from 17.8V to 19.7V, effectively clamping transient voltages to safeguard connected components. The diode exhibits an ultra-low reverse leakage current (I_r) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power consumption and maintaining efficiency. With impressive surge handling capabilities, it can withstand peak pulse currents (I_pp) of 57.7A and transient power dissipation (P_pp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses. The clamping voltage (V_C) of 26V ensures that downstream electronics are protected against voltage spikes.
