Description

The Polar Unidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is a cutting-edge semiconductor device designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in one direction. Featuring a V_RWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 30V, this diode offers reliable protection within its specified operational voltage range. It provides unidirectional V_BR (Breakdown Voltage) specifications with a minimum clamping voltage of 33.3V and a maximum of 36.8V, ensuring effective suppression of voltage spikes to safeguard connected components. The diode maintains an ultra-low reverse leakage current (I_r) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power consumption and high efficiency during normal operation. It is capable of handling peak pulse currents (I_pp) of up to 31A and transient power dissipation (P_pp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses. The clamping voltage (V_C) is set at 48.4V, providing reliable voltage clamping during transient events to protect downstream electronics.
