Description

The Polar Bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is a robust semiconductor device engineered to protect sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both directions. With a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 30V, this diode ensures effective protection within its specified operational voltage range. It features bidirectional VBR (Breakdown Voltage) specifications with a minimum clamping voltage of 33.3V and a maximum of 36.8V, offering reliable suppression of voltage spikes to safeguard connected components. The diode maintains an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power consumption and high efficiency during normal operation. It is capable of handling peak pulse currents (Ipp) of up to 31A and transient power dissipation (Ppp) suitable for 10/1000μs pulses.
