Description

The Polar Bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is an advanced semiconductor component designed to safeguard sensitive electronic circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both directions. Featuring a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 33V, this diode offers reliable protection within its operational voltage range. It is engineered with bidirectional VBR (Breakdown Voltage) specifications, with a minimum clamping voltage of 36.7V and a maximum of 40.6V, ensuring effective suppression of voltage spikes to protect connected components. The diode maintains an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 1μA, ensuring minimal power consumption and high efficiency during normal operation. It can handle peak pulse currents (Ipp) of up to 28.2A and transient power dissipation (Ppp) of 1500W for 10/1000μs pulses.
