Description

The Polar Bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) Diode is an advanced electronic component designed to protect sensitive circuits from transient voltage spikes and surges in both directions. With a VRWM (Working Peak Reverse Voltage) of 75V, this diode effectively clamps transient voltages that exceed its breakdown voltage (VBR), which ranges from 83.3V (minimum) to 92.1V (maximum). Featuring an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of 1μA, it ensures minimal power loss during normal operation. The diode can handle peak pulse currents (Ipp) of up to 12.4A for 10/1000μs pulses, with a clamping voltage (VC) of 121V.
