The 1SS400 is a high-performance small signal diode designed for applications requiring precision rectification and low forward voltage drop. With a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 9V and a forward current (Io) handling capability of 100mA, the 1SS400 is ideal for use in low-power circuits where efficiency and reliability are paramount. It features a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1.2V at 1A, minimizing power loss and enhancing energy efficiency. The diode also boasts an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of only 0.1μA, ensuring stable operation even in sensitive electronic circuits.
