The BAS16X is a versatile surface mount general rectifier diode designed for a wide range of applications in electronic circuits. With a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 85V and a forward current (Io) handling capability of 155mA, this diode offers reliable performance across various circuit designs. Featuring a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1.25V and an ultra-low reverse leakage current (Ir) of only 2μA, the BAS16X ensures efficient power management and stable operation in both forward and reverse bias conditions.
