The S10MC is an advanced general-purpose rectifier diode designed to provide robust performance and efficient energy conversion in various electronic circuits. With a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 1000V and a forward current(Io)capability of 10A, the S10MC diode is ideal for applications requiring high power rectification. It features a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1V at 10A, minimizing power dissipation and enhancing energy efficiency. Additionally, the diode exhibits a low reverse leakage current (Ir) of only 5μA at 1000V, ensuring stable and reliable operation in demanding environments.
