Description
The S5MC is a versatile general-purpose rectifier diode designed to provide efficient and reliable performance in a wide range of electronic applications. With a maximum reverse voltage (Vr) rating of 1000V and a forward current (Io) capability of up to 5A, the S5MC diode is well-suited for circuits requiring robust rectification and voltage regulation. It features a low forward voltage drop (Vf) of 1V at 5A, minimizing power dissipation and improving energy efficiency. Additionally, the diode exhibits a low reverse leakage current (Ir) of only 5μA at 1000V, ensuring stable operation and reliability in diverse electronic designs.
