Description
The BZX584B10 Zener diode, encapsulated in a compact SOD-523 package, is designed for precise voltage regulation with a nominal Zener voltage of 10V at a test current of 5mA. It operates within a breakdown voltage range of 9.80V to 10.20V, ensuring accurate voltage stabilization. This diode features a maximum dynamic impedance of 20Ω at 5mA and a maximum impedance of 150Ω at 1.0mA. With a low reverse leakage current of 0.2µA at 7V and a power dissipation capability of 150mW, it is well-suited for space-constrained applications.
