The BZX584B15 Zener diode, housed in a compact SOD-523 package, is engineered for precise voltage regulation with a nominal Zener voltage of 15V at a test current of 5mA. It offers a stable breakdown voltage ranging from 14.70V to 15.30V, ensuring reliable performance in various electronic applications. This diode features a maximum dynamic impedance of 30Ω at 5mA and a maximum impedance of 200Ω at 1.0mA. It also boasts a very low reverse leakage current of 0.1µA at 10.5V. With a power dissipation capability of 150mW, it is well-suited for space-constrained and high-density designs.
