Description
The MM1Z12B Zener diode, housed in a compact SOD-123 package, is designed for precise voltage regulation in electronic circuits. With a nominal Zener voltage of 12V at a test current of 5mA, this diode ensures reliable voltage stability with a minimum breakdown voltage of 11.74V and a maximum of 12.24V. It features a maximum dynamic impedance of 30Ω and a low reverse leakage current of 0.1μA at 9V. The diode supports a maximum power dissipation of 500mW.
