Description
The BZX584B13 Zener diode, available in a compact SOD-523 package, offers precise voltage regulation with a nominal Zener voltage of 13V at a test current of 5mA. It maintains a stable breakdown voltage range from 12.74V to 13.26V, ensuring reliable performance. This diode features a maximum dynamic impedance of 30Ω at 5mA and a maximum impedance of 170Ω at 1.0mA. It has a low reverse leakage current of 0.1µA at 8V and a power dissipation capability of 150mW, making it ideal for small, high-efficiency circuits.
